奖项说明：奖励发表在IEEE控制系统技术学报上的优秀论文。
奖励： 获奖证书 (每位作者一份)
基金来源：由IEEE控制系统协会提供。
候选资格：奖励年份前两个年度在 IEEE 控制系统技术学报上发表文章的作者。
评判标准： 原创性，与应用的关系，表述的清晰性以及对控制系统技术的实际影响。
颁奖：在每年 CSS 颁奖典礼上颁发，至多颁发 1 篇。
奖项提名：请在 5 月 15 日前将优秀论文提名送给 IEEE 控制系统技术学报优秀论文奖评委会主任。提名必须是电子递交并且应该包括： (1) 一封提名者描述文章杰出成绩的信件; (2) 三封熟悉该文的个人推荐信。 推荐信作者的名字和地址需要附在提名后面。
