奖励：2000 美元奖金，奖牌，以及资助一位获奖者参加 CDC 会议 (往返经济仓低价机票（coach air fare）、会议注册费以及两天旅店住宿费)。
基金来源： 由 IEEE 控制系统协会提供。
获奖资格：一个人或一个团队。
颁奖：每年 12 月份CDC 会议期间，在 CSS 颁奖典礼上颁发。
